Partner Disclosures – CoraSend

Disclosure of CoraSend's Financial Partners, their roles, regulatory status, and relationship to user transactions.

LEGAL-004 · v1.0 · Effective: 2026-08-05

1. About This Page

CoraSend operates a partner-based payment execution model. Depending on the payment corridor, destination country, payment method, currency, regulatory requirements or operational availability, transactions are executed by or through one or more Financial Partners. The Financial Partner responsible for a particular transaction is identified before the user authorizes payment. The current list of Financial Partners and their roles is maintained in the Partner Disclosures.

This page discloses the identity, role and regulatory framework of the Financial Partners with whom CoraSend currently operates. Disclosures will be updated with reasonable advance notice when there are material changes to the composition or role of Financial Partners, or when new corridors are activated that involve different entities.

The contractual counterparty to the user in the payment transaction is the applicable Financial Partner, not Orangepill Colombia SAS. Users should also review the Financial Partner's own terms and conditions and privacy policy, which govern the user's direct relationship with that entity.

2. Current Financial Partners — Vita

The Financial Partner currently active on the Platform is the applicable Vita legal entity for the corridor and payment method. The relevant details of this relationship are set out below.

2.1 Legal Name

Vita Solutions SpA. The specific registration details and the applicable legal entity for each supported collection country and payment method will be confirmed and published prior to corridor activation.

2.2 Role

Vita acts as CoraSend's Financial Partner. The applicable Vita legal entity is responsible for receiving the user's payment, executing currency conversion, settling and disbursing funds to the final beneficiary, in accordance with the applicable corridor, payment method and regulatory requirements.

CoraSend transmits payment instructions to the Financial Partner; the actual execution of the transaction — including receipt of the user's payment, currency conversion, settlement and disbursement to the beneficiary — is carried out by the Vita entity designated for the applicable corridor and payment method.

2.3 Merchant of Record

The applicable Vita legal entity acts as the payment recipient and, where that concept applies to the payment method, as the merchant of record. This characterization may vary depending on the payment method and corridor.

2.4 User Account

Use of CoraSend does not, by itself, create an individual Vita Solutions account for the user. The user's relationship with the applicable Vita entity in the context of each transaction is governed by the Financial Partner's own terms. If the user wishes to create an individual account directly with Vita, they must do so through Vita's own channels.

2.5 Commercial Relationship

Orangepill Colombia SAS maintains a commercial business account with Vita through which transaction balances and settlement activity may be reflected. This is a commercial account between Orangepill Colombia SAS and Vita. It is not a consumer account belonging to the CoraSend user. User funds are received directly by the Vita entity designated for the applicable payment method and corridor, not by an Orangepill Colombia SAS bank account.

2.6 Regulatory Framework and Disclosures

Based on materials published by Vita, the following statements describe the regulatory framework in which Vita operates:

  • Vita operates in compliance with Law 19.913 (Unidad de Análisis Financiero, Chile).
  • Vita operates in compliance with the Fintec Law 21.521 (Chile).
  • Vita is supervised by the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) of Chile.
  • Vita holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security management.

Note: These statements are based on materials published by Vita and are subject to verification. CoraSend makes no independent representations regarding the regulatory status of any Financial Partner. Users should consult Vita directly or the relevant regulatory authorities for official and current information on Vita's regulatory status.

2.7 Website and Policies

Vita operates at vitawallet.io. Users are responsible for reviewing Vita's own terms and conditions and privacy policy, available on Vita's website, which govern the direct relationship between the user and the applicable Vita entity in the context of each transaction. CoraSend accepts no responsibility for the content of legal documents published by Vita or for any changes Vita may make to them.

2.8 Support Escalation

For Tier-2 disputes requiring direct Financial Partner involvement — including disputes about received funds, conversion incidents or claims at the transaction execution level — CoraSend will coordinate the appropriate escalation. Users should initiate the escalation process by contacting CoraSend at info@corasend.com, providing the transaction identifier and a description of the dispute.

3. Future Partners

CoraSend may add additional Financial Partners for new corridors or payment methods. This page will be updated with reasonable advance notice prior to the activation of any new partner, in accordance with the material change policy set out below. When a new Financial Partner is added, the relevant information about its identity, role, regulatory framework and relationship to user transactions will be published on this page.

4. Material Changes

Material changes — those that affect user rights, the identity or role of Financial Partners, data-processing practices, or fee and refund terms — become effective only after reasonable prior notice and, where required by applicable law, renewed acceptance. Non-material changes (typographical corrections, updated contact information, formatting) may take effect upon publication.
